West Lakeland Diamondbacks youth baseball organization ( president Donald Zanders) picture on right. Vice president (Darrell Chapper) picture on left. These two gentlemen run a first class organization. They are passionate about your kids. Our mission is to bring communities together through youth baseball said president Donald Zanders. We are gaining momentum and we are going to build on that. We know how big little league football is here in Lakeland or Polk county is, but we feel like little league baseball is as well, but the opportunities weren't there. We are here to create the opportunity for kids to play the great game of baseball.
