The energy is building at the Bandera Back to School Bash! A huge thank you to the Bandera High School Drum Line for bringing the excitement and helping kick off an incredible day for our community.

There’s still time to join us—we’ll be here until 7:30 PM! Come enjoy the fun, visit our community partners, and be part of a great evening with friends and neighbors.

To help make check-in quick and easy, please note the following requirements for receiving school supplies:

✅ Homeschool students: A parent or guardian must bring a valid photo ID showing Bandera County residency for verification.

✅ Public and private school students: Students must be registered for the Back to School Bash to receive school supplies and backpacks.

✅ All students: Homeschool, private school, and public school students must be present to receive their school supplies and backpacks.

📢 Back to School Bash Backpack Packing Schedule Update

Due to today’s rain, today’s backpack packing has been canceled.

We’ve added an additional packing day on Friday to help us get everything ready for Bandera County students.

Updated Schedule:
📅 Thursday: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
📅 Friday: 10:30 AM–3:30 PM

🎒 Volunteers Needed for the 2026 Back to School Bash! 📚

We’re gearing up to pack backpacks for Bandera County students, and we need your help!

Whether you can volunteer for an hour or an entire shift, every helping hand helps us get school supplies into the hands of local children before the first day of school.

📍 Lakehills Community Center
11225 Park Road 37, Lakehills

🗓 Backpack Packing Schedule:
• Monday, July 13: 10:30 AM–3:30 PM
• Tuesday, July 14: 3:30–8:00 PM
• Wednesday, July 15: 10:30 AM–3:30 PM
• Thursday, July 16: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM

Monday volunteers: Please park in the grass parking lot next to the LHCC due to food distribution.

Come join neighbors, churches, schools, businesses, and community organizations as we work together to give Bandera County students a great start to the school year. We would love to have you on the team!
