The Lake Wylie Civic Association, Inc. (LWCA), a Not-For-Profit corporation under the laws of the State of South Carolina, was formed in October, 2008 after approximately six months of initial organizational work beginning early that year. The preliminary work included the development of statements of corporate mission, purposes and bylaws and the filing and acceptance of papers with the State of

South Carolina Secretary of State, as well as due diligence considerations on the part of prospective members
