Triggers happen — but WRAP gives you a plan.
Write a list of things that throw you off balance (arguments, deadlines, certain places).
Then add one action step for each trigger.
Example:
Trigger → Feeling rushed
Action → Take 3 breaths + slow down my pace for the next hour.
