Noemi Ambrocio Perez was arrested in South Florida but moved to Louisiana, far away from her children, other family, and community support. Now ICE is denying her access to critical court hearings - and keeping her from speaking with legal council! Noemi is being denied the chance to advocate for her children, which is preventing them from getting resources from the state while in foster care! If she is barred from attending this hearing, she could lose future access to her children entirely!
