I've learned a lot since I started this nonprofit. I've learned how to better serve the community, I've learned how to make a bigger impact, I've even learned how to make things easier for those wanting to donate.

But the most impactful thing I've learned is that no matter your background, no matter your faith, political ideas, race, s*x, or any other identifying attribute... These storms don't care. They impact whoever is in the way, and there is no stopping it.

I have seen entire livelihoods tossed upside down in a matter of 24 hours due to these storms.

This is why we do it. Because it can happen to anyone. And no matter what, sometimes you need a helping hand.

Mother nature is the queen of this land, and there is no stopping her.

Hello everyone.

I want to take a minute to thank Chapter One Films for creating this amazing video of what exactly Eyes Open Hurricane Relief does and why we do it.

I could not be happier with the accomplishments we have been able to do with this non-profit in just over 1 year.

Special thank you to the following:
- CITY Furniture for partnering with us to collect supplies for hurricane Ian victims
- STORM Disaster Relief - for accepting our donations in an area that was directly impacted by hurricane Ian in the Ft Myers area
- Palm Springs Elementary - for running a donation drive with all 1000+ students to collect the much needed supplies for the area

And last but not least again, a huge shout out to
- Chapter One Films - For creating a video that I know will help our company grow into an even more impactful non-profit.
