~ NIGHT OF CHAMPIONS 2026 ~

For a few hours, the scoreboard doesn’t matter.
Neither does the next practice, the next game, the expectations, or the pressure.

At Night of Champions, we get to give students a night to simply be.

✦ Put the phones away.
✦ Have fun.
✦ Laugh with friends.
✦ Worship together.
✦ Hear the truth about who they are in Christ.
✦ Know there are people in their corner.

And something pretty special happens with their coaches, too.
For this night, they aren’t calling plays, correcting mistakes or preparing for the next competition. They’re simply showing up for their athletes. Sitting with them. Laughing with them. Worshiping alongside them. Reminding them that the relationship goes far beyond their sport.

Because every student who walks through those doors is carrying a different story. We may not know everything happening at school, at home, on the team, or inside their own head.

But we can make sure they know this:
-You are more than an athlete.
-You are more than your performance.
-You are known and loved by Christ.
-And you have people in your corner...That’s Night of Champions.

And hopefully, a message that stays with them long after they walk out those doors.

God Is Moving at FAU

FCA Ambassador Cliff McCray is heading into the fall with incredible momentum at Florida Atlantic University.

Cliff is investing in athletes and coaches across campus through FAU Football Huddles, Football Staff Huddles, Soccer Huddles, and the FCA Large Group Huddle launching September 9.

Recently, more than 200 students gathered to hear the Word and worship together, with athletes from football, volleyball, men’s and women’s soccer, rugby, softball, and students from across campus represented.

This is what FCA is all about: meeting coaches and athletes where they are, building relationships, and creating opportunities for them to grow in their faith and impact others.

God is on the move at FAU, and we’re excited for what’s ahead this fall!

STUDENT SPOTLIGHT | FCA Charge Camp

Forest Hill High School student Giancarlos shares how FCA Charge Camp impacted him this summer:

“Honestly, camp was an amazing experience. I enjoyed every second of it. I made new friends and shared a bond with my roommates.

I felt like God taught me many things. The leaders helped me understand that His Word is the truth and that we find salvation only through Jesus.

John 15 was really emphasized during my time at camp, and it has stayed with me ever since. I learned about Jesus being the vine, what it means for us to bear good fruit, and how the fruits of the Spirit should be reflected in the way we live.

God has always been by my side and has saved my life in many situations. He has been very merciful with me, and many times I’ve felt like I didn’t deserve it. I know that I have to be thankful regardless of whether future situations are bad or good, have faith no matter what, and serve the Lord.

Thank you so much for the opportunity, Coach!”

This is why opportunities like FCA Camp matter. Students are able to spend intentional time in God’s Word, grow in their relationship with Jesus, build meaningful relationships with others, and return home ready to live out their faith.

We are grateful for every coach, volunteer, donor, and supporter who helps make opportunities like this possible for students throughout Palm Beach County.

What a night at FCA Palm Beach County’s Night of Champions!

More than 100 student-athletes, coaches, and FCA Palm Beach County Board members came together at Grace Fellowship for a night of worship, an encouraging message, fellowship, and plenty of pizza and Chick-fil-A sandwiches as we kicked off a new season of ministry.

A huge thank you to Grace Fellowship for opening your doors and welcoming us, and to Pastor Josh Robinson for sharing an encouraging and powerful message with our athletes and coaches.

We are also incredibly grateful for Chris Regan, FCA South Florida Regional Director, our FCA Palm Beach County staff, our amazing Empowered Volunteers, and our FCA Palm Beach County Board members for the many ways you serve, lead, pray, and invest in this ministry.

Thank you to Chick-fil-A Northlake for helping us feed our athletes, and to every person who gave their time, resources, and support to make this night possible.

Most importantly, we are thankful for the opportunity to gather with these young men and their coaches, share the Gospel, encourage them in their faith, and pray over them as they begin a new season.

Night of Champions was more than a great night. It was a reminder of what can happen when our community comes together to invest in the next generation through Christ.

Football season is almost here, and we’re excited to once again partner with WCFL! Today, Tim Tharp and Ryan Kilpatrick are representing FCA Palm Beach County at the WCFL Football Camp held at Wellington High School, building relationships with coaches and athletes as we prepare for another impactful season.

We are grateful for opportunities like this to be present sharing encouragement and the hope of Christ to whomever interested in stopping by.

What a way to kick off our Annual FCA PBC Football Team Camp!

More than 300 student athletes from 7 schools gathered tonight alongside 50+ coaches, all led by FCA Palm Beach County's Tim Tharp, for an incredible evening of football, fellowship, and faith.

Cliff McCray, FCA PBC Ambassador, delivered a powerful message on the principle of reaping what we sow, reminding athletes that the seeds of faith, character, discipline, and hard work take time to produce a harvest. He encouraged them not to grow weary in doing what is right, even when the results aren't immediate. Opportunities may not come tomorrow, but if they remain faithful and continue sowing the right seeds, they will be ready when God opens the door.

We look forward to seeing what God will continue to do as we gather again tomorrow!
