I see so many people who want to be the boss. As F.O.O.L.s, we should strive to become leaders within our respective organizations.
A boss assigns tasks and manages through authority, often relying on compliance or fear. A leader inspires a shared vision, builds trust, and empowers others to succeed. While a boss focuses on rules and immediate results, a leader invests in people, development, and long-term growth.
Leadership isn't about control—it's about service, influence, and bringing out the best in others.
Mentors, not monsters
