💗 Thanksgiving Meal Giveback 2025 💗
First we would like to thank God for providing and keeping us through the whole year. If it wasn’t for Him, we probably wouldn’t have even been able to do this. He carried us, covered us, and made sure we had more than enough to give back.
This was our first year doing this and babyyyy we overcooked like crazy. We went full auntie mode in that kitchen. We made barbecue chicken, turkey, yellow rice, mashed potatoes, gravy, deviled eggs, stuffing, green bean casserole, mac and cheese, collard greens, and sweet potato casserole. We even grabbed canned cranberry sauce and Hawaiian rolls because that menu was already doing the most.
We made twenty full Thanksgiving boxes for the people who told us they were gonna stop by. A few came, a few didn’t, but we still cooked with love like every single one was showing up.
And let me be real with yall… there was supposed to be cornbread. I burned all forty eight. Every single one. Gone. 🤣🤣🤣
Plus that turkey was still frozen like it came straight from the North Pole. It pushed us back three to four hours, but we still got everything done and every plate came out looking right.
No one should feel forgotten on a holiday. If we can cook it, we are gonna share it. That’s just how we move.
Thank you to everyone who shared the post, supported us, and helped us reach the people who needed a meal.
Next year we going even bigger. 💗🫶
