🩺Introducing the first ❤️Columbus County Day of Hope ❤
10 a.m.- 3 p.m. on June 13 on the campus of Boys & Girls Homes in Lake Waccamaw. This will be a day when BGHNC gives back to the children and families of Columbus County -- a place that has given so much to this organization.
🪆Children and families can get their fall physicals, vision and hearing testing on the Lions Club Vision Van, plus a kids finger-printing station. Families will see all sorts of Lake Waccamaw Lake Waccamaw Fire-Rescue, Lake Waccamaw Police Department NC and Whiteville Police Department NC and Columbus County Sheriff's Office vehicles and one of the Black's Tire & Auto Service race cars at our Touch-a-Truck event.
🚚We'll have food trucks for lunch and entertainment in our pavilion. We'll have a children's play area and popcorn and more exhibitors, vendors and a food backpack giveaway until noon for each child inside our Thomas Academy - NC Charter School high school gym.
🪪No appointments or IDs are necessary. Just come and get the services you need for your family.

The forms for Difference Maker and the events schedule is below. Plus, this weekend will be Gator Fest AND the Spring Rodeo so there's lots to do in Lake Waccamaw this weekend in addition to our Alumni events on Friday night at Dale's Seafood and Saturday morning in our Fellowship Hall.
