The Lake Village Garden Club is proud to launch our Stars, Stripes & Porches Patriotic Decorating Contest in honor of both National Garden Club Week and America’s 250th Birthday Celebration!

Trying to keep those kiddos busy this summer? Our local Parks & Rec has got you covered! 🏈🥋🤿 🤸🏻‍♀️ Check out all the fun 🤩

Lake Village Parks and Rec is SUPER excited to officially open registration for our Kids' Summer Programs, which will start next Tuesday, June 9. We have swimming lessons, Jiu-Jitsu, karate, gymnastics, and McGehee Boys&Girls Club activities! Find all the details (ages, dates/times, skills) on the registration link! You can contact City Hall for any additional questions. All classes will be at the LV Expo Center, except the swimming lessons, which will be hosted at our amazing Lake Chicot State Park pool!

Congratulations to our 2026 Joni Cannatella Memorial Scholarship winners, Miss Allie Bennett and Miss Ella Grace McNemar. Both of these outstanding young ladies are recent graduates of Washington School of Greenville, Mississippi and both are heading to Mississippi State this fall. Happy Teacher Appreciation week!! This morning, Heritage Club members, Callie Selby and Lexi Yee, showered our local schools with some yummy treats to celebrate teachers and other staff members. Thank you for the love and dedication you pour into your students each and every day. Teachers, YOU are essential ❤️

Each year the Lake Village Heritage Club presents a scholarship in memory of our beloved Lifetime member, Joni Cannatella, to a Chicot County Senior.
You may attend ANY high school, but MUST be a Chicot County resident to apply.
Please contact [email protected] for application package and details.
*Deadline for applications is May 15.
Recipient will be chosen by our scholarship committee and contacted via phone on May 22.
