WIO continued Mother’s Day celebrations in Lake Village with our sweet friends! Words cannot express what they mean to us but prayers and hugs can! A sweet member blessed us with her artistic talents in the little paintings! When Jesus was asked what the greatest commandment was, He replied that the first is to love God, and the second is to "love thy neighbor as thyself!” 🙏❤️🙏❤️🙏 updates on the WIO garden- 🪴 it’s growing well, summer veggies coming soon! Luke 8:15 – "But the seed on good soil stands for those with a noble and good heart, who hear the word, retain it, and by persevering produce a crop.”

We celebrated Mother’s Day with our friends In Portland! Ms Hazel Mae said everyday is Mother’s Day and she’s right! We mother every day, all day, awake or asleep, big kids or little kids, grandkids, any kids! To mother is in our heart’s always! What an honor to cherish everyday! My pastor recently told me that God does need help, that’s why He made mothers! 🌸🤩🌺🌼🌸🌺🎀

She loved jelly beans, she loved Jesus, she loved reading scripture, she loved holding hands and praying, she loved visiting, she loved soup and the little happy’s we brought, she loved people! A picture of Jesus hung above her couch and I always felt at home there! A prayer hung on her wall that I will always keep in my heart that serves as the foundation of the WIO ministry! I will never forget the beautiful tears of joy she shed when we prayed with her! She didn’t have any family close but was surrounded by neighbors and a community that cared for her, loved her, and took care of her! She said we were her family! I know that’s why the Lord called us there to her home! I feel so blessed to be able to know and love this lady in her last few years and days! The prayer read ✝️
“Give me a chance oh Lord I pray to be used by You somehow today, that in some manner I may find a way to bless others, guide my hands and my words that they will do your will and work, let me give more of myself that others can give more of themselves, help us all Lord I pray through each new and dawning day!” 🙏🙏

April LV delivery! We had the best time Celebrating Easter again with our favorites! This was such a special day for many reason-first He is risen✝️ we should celebrate this good news in our heart everyday! Many elders sick or lonely, healing at home, and some still in the hospital or on Hospice! Please pray for them! We had some new faces today! So special to be able to grow this ministry and share the Kingdom of Heaven with so many! The baskets had a lot of heart in them! So many people took their time creating special things just to make someone else smile and think of Jesus! That’s what life is about! And we were blessed! Join us with your spiritual gifts! ❤️❤️✝️✝️
