She has dedicated countless hours to educating laboratory professionals, mentoring future specialists, presenting at regional and national meetings, and advancing best practices in transfusion medicine. Kathleen’s service to BBANYS spans more than four decades and includes roles as Board Member, President, educator, and volunteer. Her leadership helped strengthen the association and support its mission of advancing transfusion medicine throughout New York State.
