*Lily pads help shade the water, keeping ponds cooler for fish and other animals.

🌿✨ Nature Suncatchers in the Sunshine! ✨🌿

Our Club kids had a wonderful time exploring the outdoors and turning their nature discoveries into beautiful suncatchers! Using leaves, flowers, grass, and other natural treasures, they created colorful masterpieces that celebrate the beauty all around us.

Activities like these help children build creativity, practice observation skills, and develop a deeper appreciation for nature—all while having fun with friends!

We love seeing our members learn, create, and grow through hands-on experiences each day. ☀️🍃🌼

🎉 **Fun Friday at the Club!** 🎉

A few weeks ago, our members got creative and made their very own Grass Heads! 🌱😄 They decorated them with silly faces and personalities, then patiently waited while their "hair" started to grow. It was so much fun watching each Grass Head sprout a unique head of green hair over time! 💚

Today was the moment everyone had been waiting for... **haircut day!** ✂️😆 Members got to trim, style, and give their Grass Heads brand-new looks. From wild mohawks to neat buzz cuts, every Grass Head left with a fresh style!

We love seeing our members use their imagination, creativity, and sense of humor while making memories with friends.

🎶💙 **You Know What I Mean? It's Time to Celebrate Joey!** 💙🎶

If you've spent any time around the Lake Stevens Club, you've probably heard Joey's signature phrase: **"You know what I mean?"** 😄

Recently, our youth of the year Ally created an awesome song all about our Unit Director, Joey, and it perfectly captured what makes him such a valued leader.

Whether he's solving problems, cheering on our youth, supporting staff, or sharing a laugh, Joey leads with heart and a commitment to helping every child reach their full potential. And of course, no Joey moment would be complete without a few "You know what I mean?"s along the way!

A huge thank you to Ally for using her creativity to recognize someone who makes such a difference in our Club community. And Joey—thank you for everything you do.
