Today at Haggens in Lake Stevens, today Saturday, May 2 nd, between 10 am and 12 noon!

Hi friends & family—quick update from North Cascades Crew Youth.

Our kids have worked really hard this season, and they are going to
2026 USRowing Northwest Youth Championships in Vancouver, WA (May 15–17). We’re excited…and we could use a hand getting them there.

Donations go straight toward the stuff that makes the trip possible:
regatta entry fees, hauling the boats, coaching, and food for the athletes during the weekend.

Our goal is $5,000 by May 10.

It’s tax-deductible! Contributions made to NCC are tax-deductible!

We LOVE our new signs! Coach Ben successfully finished mounting them! Extra special note on the boathouse sign… it is framed with wood that came from Joe Rantz’s personal fence… He felled the trees and split the wood himself!

Congratulations Ben!! You have very much earned this recognition! We appreciate all that you do… from early morning rows with the Masters to the afternoon training with the Juniors! You are always there to help each of us be the best we can be! 🎉👏🥉🎊💯👊

On any Saturday in May, clubs across the country will open their boathouse doors to welcome former rowers back to the sport, whether it’s been a few years or a few decades.

Designed to be fun, flexible, and low-pressure, Return to Rowing Day encourages clubs to reconnect with alumni, masters, and community members through on-the-water sessions, social gatherings, and casual re-engagement activities.
