Holiday Giving for Lake Stevens School District

I would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed to this year’s Christmas Gift Drive. I am in awe of all of your generosity and support which has made a meaningful difference in our community—especially for the children in our local schools.

Because of your kindness, together we were able to:

• Deliver 225 bags with gifts to the Lake Stevens School District
• Sponsor two families in need
• Donate hundreds toys and gift cards to the Lake Stevens Community Resource Center, helping more than 150 children
• Raise over $10,250 from the generosity of 96 donors
• Collect gifts from more than 91 sponsors
• Wrap over 1,100 gifts with the help of 17 amazing volunteers

None of this would have been possible without your incredible support. Thank you for your time, your donations, and your compassionate hearts. You truly helped bring joy and hope to many children this Christmas season.

It’s that time of year! If you or your family need support this holiday season, registration for holiday assistance is now open.

Registration Period:
• Start: November 19
• End: December 15

Eligibility Requirements:
• Must be a resident of Lake Stevens
• Must meet one of the following:
o Active SNAP benefits
o Active Provider One benefits
o Household income at or below 60% of the area median income (Snohomish County guidelines)

Required Documentation:
• Proof of Lake Stevens residency
• Birth certificates for each child in the household
