So, I have been getting messages asking me about those signs that are posted all over Tracy's Point. I have to be honest with you and tell you I DO NOT KNOW! I do not know who posted them and do not know what the "NO" means. I did receive a letter inviting me (and everyone) to the next meeting in September saying the Board will count and finalize the votes for the proposed amendment to the Declaration of Covenants to restrict rentals, BUT, I did not receive a ballot page so I cannot tell you if the NO on the signs is No we do not want to restrict the numbers of rentals allowed in the Community, or No, we do not want to allow unlimited numbers of rentals in the Community.
A little back story FYI. Late last year the old Board decided a 15% cap of rentals was a reasonable number, that left about 60-70 homes that could be rented out, which included homes that already were rented out. That was what the original petition was for last year/earlier this year. I don't know what it is now.
