Join friends and neighbors on Saturday, October 24, for the 8th Annual Urban Forest Summit. The Summit will take place at the Lake Oswego United Methodist Church, 1855 South Shore Blvd, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. This is a free event.

This year’s summit invites participants to discover Stories of Transformation: Restoring our Human Connection to the Land. The summit will bring environmental stewardship to life through powerful film and intimate personal narratives. Attendees will embark on a visual journey - focusing on impactful restoration projects at the International Leadership Academy, Pecan Creek, and three inspiring Backyard Habitat gardens. A presentation will also be given by the City of Lake Oswego on the recent updates to the Tree Code.
