If anyone is still looking to recycle your Christmas tree there is a West Linn Scout troop that is picking up this Saturday, January 10 and still has spots available.

It look like they will pick up from homes in the following area:
Any residences within the West Linn city boundary, Johnson Road residents in Stafford, the Fox Hills neighborhood in Tualatin, and south Lake Oswego close to the West Linn Lake Oswego boundary.

Update from Troop 127 Christmas Tree Fundraiser:

Our agreement with the City of Lake Oswego allowed us to occupy George Rogers Park until December 22. Give this, all trees were removed yesterday and the 2025 Troop 127 Christmas Tree Fundraiser has officially come to a close.

We are deeply grateful for the wonderful support from our community throughout this tree lot season!

A huge thanks to everyone that supported our scouts by buying a tree at the tree lot this year. Yesterday was our last day for Scout tree lot shifts.

For anyone still looking for a tree…its not to late. We still have quite a few trees left… They are lined up along the fence at George Rogers Park and there is a Venmo QR code for a suggested $50 donation (any size). All donations will go to the troop.

Yesterday turned out to be a fantastic day at the tree lot, even with the rain! Huge thank you to the generous customer who not only purchased a tree but also surprised the Scouts with a whole box of Lay’s potato chips! Another kind visitor treated the Scouts to hot cocoa—your thoughtfulness truly made our day!

We also had a special visit from Congresswoman Janelle Bynum, who stopped by to see the tree lot in action. She even jumped in and ran the tree shaker with a little guidance from one of our Scouts!

We’re open today from 9 am to 6 pm at George Rogers Park and can’t wait to help you pick out the perfect Christmas tree! 🎄

The trees and wreaths are looking amazing, and we’ve got plenty of fresh garland too.
We’re open through December 14 with the following hours:

Wednesdays – Fridays: 5:00 – 7:00 PM
Saturdays & Sundays: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
