Amity Orchards is officially open in South Cooper Mountain! This new 164-unit community brings affordable homes to more than 300 residents, including seniors and families. Through the Metro Regional Affordable Housing Bond, the city invested $9 million in the project and added nearly $850,000 in American Rescue Plan Act funds.

Amity Orchards was made possible through strong public–private partnerships and a shared commitment to building inclusive, multigenerational communities with access to parks, transit, and on-site resident services.
