Maybe it’s a student navigating her first holidays away.
Maybe it’s a woman building a life in a new country.
Maybe it’s someone quietly missing familiar traditions, foods, and faces.

Or maybe… that someone is you.

The holidays can stir more than we expect—especially for women building life in another country.
For many, it’s a mix of gratitude, grief, exhaustion, and longing—held all at the same time.

Wherever a woman finds herself in that experience, she is invited into a gentle 75-minute pause—
a space to breathe, connect with others who understand, and honor whatever this season is stirring within her.

Whatever their experience, women are invited into a gentle 75-minute pause—a space to breathe, connect, and honor whatever this season is stirring within them.
