Happy Labor Day Weekend! The beach has been opened again! Our beach manager and staff worked very hard to clear the beach today to prepare for the holiday weekend.

For your safety, please avoid the area around the pavilion that is taped off. The pavilion is now closed for the season.

Take a moment to review the beach rules that are displayed at the message board at the entrance to the beach area. Please have a safe and fun weekend at the beach!

A reminder that the beach is closed until the staff clears the storm damage.

No community members should be coming down unless they are pulling a boat due to storm damage.

Thank you for your patience.

On Friday, September 4th the beach will have limited access only for members who need dock or boat access due to storm damage.

Please take an immediate left down toward the dumpster when you arrive.

Our staff and vendors will be working to clear and clean the beach this weekend.

PLEASE HAVE PATIENCE DURING THIS TIME AND STAY AWAY FROM THE AREAS THAT HAVE DAMAGE AND REQUIRE CLEAN UP.

THE PAVILLION IS CLOSED FOR THE SEASON WHILE WE ASSESS NEEDED REPAIRS.

Thank you from the KBA Board
