Meet the Oakview CyberDragons at the Orion Township Public Library on Saturday, June 13th!

We'll have robot demonstrations and a STEAM craft for kids take home! 🎂

We’re thrilled to once again kick off our Summer Reading Program with a special celebration. This year’s event is extra exciting as we honor the library’s 100th anniversary with a festive, birthday party–themed gathering. Guests of all ages can enjoy a fun-filled afternoon featuring bounce houses, yummy treats, live entertainers, crafts, and a variety of engaging activities. Join us on Saturday, June 13, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM for a memorable community celebration you won’t want to miss!

📚Children's Books Needed📚

Help Us Build Our Camp Library! Do you have gently used children's books looking for a new home? We're collecting books for our summer campers ages 4–12 and would love your help!

Your donated books will help inspire a love of reading and provide campers with stories to enjoy throughout the summer. Whether it's a favorite picture book, chapter book, or adventure story, every donation is appreciated!

What an experience! 💚 It's an interesting feeling as a "boy mom" to coach, mentor and celebrate the young women in my life! Thank you for including me in this experience!

Attending the InnovateHER event and watching these incredible girls compete, collaborate, problem solve, and support one another was truly inspiring!

Their confidence, resilience, and determination were on full display all weekend long. As a coach, I learned so much from them, and as a mom, I left feeling hopeful about the future they are helping to build!

I'm so proud of how much they've grown, all they've accomplished this season, and the way they continue to show up with courage and curiosity! Let's gooooooo, Lady Dragons! I know this is the start of something GOOD!

As we officially close out the 25-26 robotics season, I find myself reflecting on just how much I learned this year—not just about robotics, engineering, problem-solving, and competition, but about coaching, leadership, perseverance, and teamwork!

The truth is, some of my greatest lessons came from the students themselves! Their creativity, resilience, determination, and willingness to tackle challenges head-on inspired me every step of the way!

I couldn't be more proud of how far this team has come. From the skills we developed to the goals we achieved, every accomplishment represents countless hours of hard work, growth, and dedication! The trophies, awards, and milestones are exciting, but the confidence, friendships, and lessons learned along the way are what matter most!

Thank you to our students, mentors, families, and supporters for making this season so special. It has been an incredible journey, and I am already excited to see what next season brings! 💛🐝💛

The future is bright, and we're just getting started!
