You ever notice how the same five people seem to run everything in your town?

They're not smarter than you. They're not more qualified. They just know something most people don't:

Local decisions get made by whoever shows up.

School board. City council. Planning commission. These meetings happen every month, and most of the time there's maybe a dozen people in the room.

That's where your tax dollars get spent. Where curriculum gets approved. Where zoning changes that affect your neighborhood get voted on.

And most Christians? We're not even in the building.

We're waiting for someone else to fix it. We're sharing posts online. We're complaining at the dinner table.

But we're not showing up.
