VBS students from Leawood Presbyterian Church collected and donated hundreds of shoes to Soles4Souls as part of their “Make Waves” theme. The children learned that doing small things for others can “Make Waves” of big change for our world.

Think back to when you were a kid trying out for your schools sports team...Now imagine not being able to try out for the sport you love because you didn't have the right shoes -- This is a reality a lot of kids are experiencing. I'll be traveling to Honduras in March for my first shoe distribution trip! The following is a list of items I can bring for the kids in the orphanages. If you'd like to donate please reach out or drop off at our storage facility.
 School supplies: Pens/pencils/sharpeners/crayons/notepads
 Soccer balls!
 Stickers
 Crayons & coloring books
 Beach balls
 Frisbees/Jump Rope
 Bubbles
 Jump ropes and/or any other type of community game/toys
 Sidewalk chalk
 Small cars
 Friendship bracelets
 Nail polish
 Toothbrushes/toothpaste
 Hair bows/ribbons/barrettes/ponytail holders
 Combs and small mirrors
 Socks
 Reading glasses
 Travel size lotions/shower gel/spray (for older girls, moms, teachers, and caregivers)
