Lake Kiowa Kiwanis Club This is the Lake Kiowa Kiwanis Club page dedicated to sharing our mission and projects.

100% of funds raised go to benefit the children and stay locally. We have a major Barbecue Fest fund raiser in April, The Kiwanis motto is “Kids need Kiwanis,” and the Lake Kiowa Kiwanis has long upheld this motto. We provide the following to the Callisburg ISD, the children and their families;
- Provide Thanksgiving and Christmas meals for Kiwanis kids and families
- New bicycles for each perfe

- Christmas gifts for Kiwanis children of Callisburg ISD
- Easter Egg Hunts with related games and activities for all grades (elementary)
- Funding and construction of playground equipment
- Reading tutoring & mentoring from our membership and non-member volunteers
- Offer Scholarships to high school students at Callisburg high school
- Help with items for the robotic team at the Callisburg High School

We support the Lake Kiowa community with the following:
- Build and maintain Little Free Libraries
- Provide labor to maintain the Lake Kiowa playgrounds
- Maintained three collection points for aluminum can recycling (proceeds fund the school projects)
