On October 1st, we said goodbye to my grandpa, Earl Cole, a truly great man. At 95 years, he lived such a long and beautiful life. He was the most patient and kind person I’ve ever known, and I’m so thankful for everything I learned from him. His deep faith and love for Jesus were an inspiration to everyone who knew him. He had such a servant’s heart, faithfully serving the community through God’s Storehouse for nearly 20 years. Anyone who knew him would agree—he grew the best peaches and could make anything flourish. I'm so grateful that the kids and I were able to see him one last time in August. He’ll be deeply missed, but his legacy of love, faith, and kindness will live on in all of us.
