Prepare for LLV water off

4 a.m. Shut Down Water to the entire Los Lagos Vistas complex will be off from about 4 a.m. Tuesday for several hours to complete repairs of the new water main into Circle 7. Water pressure must be relieved before a major valve is installed onto the complex's main line from Lake Havasu Avenue.
