📣Hospice of Havasu has been named a 2026 Hospice Honors ELITE recipient!

The Hospice CAHPS Honors program, administered by MatrixCare, highlights agencies that achieve outstanding scores on the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) Hospice Survey.

The award is based on survey data collected from the families of patients, evaluating key aspects of care such as communication, responsiveness, emotional and spiritual support, and overall experience.

“We are honored by the trust families place in us every day to care for their loved ones with dignity, compassion and care,” said Jenny Tocker, Executive Director of Hospice of Havasu.
