Buddy’s mom is in hospice care and can no longer care for him.
He is about 3 years old, neutered, and a cuttlebug. He loves to play fetch, is extremely smart and learns very fast.
Buddy is very partial to women and seems to be a little scared of men and sticks. He has warmed up a little to his foster mom’s husband but prefers her.
He is not leashed trained, but is house trained.
It is not known how he is with kids, other dogs or cats, but his foster feels that since he is such loving guy, he would do well as an only dog.

🐾 LET’S LEARN, CONNECT & MAKE A DIFFERENCE TOGETHER! 🐾
This Saturday, Positive Paws BHC is kicking off our 4-part community education seminar series, “Unleash the Difference.”
Our first seminar is:

Everyone is welcome!
There is no cost and no reservation is needed.
“The Promise” is about something we all hope for — making sure our beloved pets have a safe and loving future, even when life takes unexpected turns.
Throughout this 4-part series, we’ll talk about ways to better understand our dogs, strengthen the bond we share with them, and learn about the resources available to pet owners in our community.
Because keeping dogs safe and keeping pets with their people takes all of us. ❤️🐾
When we learn more, plan ahead, ask for help, and understand our dogs better, we can help prevent the heartbreaking surrender or abandonment of pets.
