Go Brewers!

The oldest Hallie Girls Softball team picture we've been able to find so far is from 2018. Surely someone has something older!

We're trying to piece together more of the league's history as we update our website.

Does anyone have team pictures from the 1990s or 2000s? We'd also love to hear from anyone who remembers how the league started, who was involved, or what softball at Hallie looked like back then.

Share what you've got in the comments, or send us a message. We'd love to see how far back we can go!.

A great opportunity for our Hallie Girls Softball players to get out and watch some college softball this weekend!

The UWEC Blugolds are hosting their annual Fall Classic this Saturday at Bollinger Fields, with games starting at 10 AM.

If you have a daughter who loves softball, bring her out to watch, learn a few things, and cheer on the Blugolds. Maybe even bring a few teammates along!

Good luck this weekend, UWEC Softball!

Hey Blugold fans!! It’s almost time for our annual fall classic! Join us this Saturday at Bollinger Fields for a full day of softball and come cheer on your Blugolds! We hope to see you there!!💛💙

Parents & coaches - we could use your opinion on this one.

We’re working through age divisions for the 2027 HGS season, and the chart below is the USA Softball age chart for next year.
Before we decide how Hallie should structure our divisions, we want to hear from you.

Take a look at where your daughter would fall.
Does it make sense? Would you move anything around? Is there something we’re not thinking about?
Especially interested in hearing from families with girls who land right on the edge between age groups.
There isn’t a right answer here. We just want some good discussion before we make a decision.
What do you think?

Wednesday night 9/9/26

We’re wrapping up 2026 and getting a head start on 2027 — and we could use a few extra hands
5:00 PM — Help us take down the nets and close up the fields
Around 5:45 PM — Culver’s burgers for everyone who joins us
6:00 PM — HGS League Meeting

We’ll be talking through the feedback we received from families and coaches, what we can improve, and plans for next season — including registration, volunteers, sponsorships, Hallie Youth Days and more.
You don’t have to be a board member to have a voice. Parents, coaches and volunteers are all welcome.
Come help for 30 minutes, grab a burger and stick around for the meeting if you can.
See you tomorrow!

Thanks to everyone who took a few minutes to fill out our HGS season survey.

We received 107 responses — which gives us a lot of great feedback to work through. We appreciate the honest input, the ideas and everyone who took the time to tell us what worked and where we can do better.

What’s next?

The HGS Board will review the results and talk through next steps at our meeting on September 9 at 6:00 PM.

And that meeting isn’t just for board members. Everyone is welcome. If you care about HGS, have ideas or just want to hear where things are headed, come join us.

We’ll provide the burgers. You bring the opinions.

Hallie Boys Baseball is looking for a few more players at the 8U, 9U, 10U and 11U levels to help build second teams for 2027.

Know a kid who loves baseball and is looking for a place to play? Send this their way.

Additional tryout: Sunday, September 13 at 1:00 PM

Give their post a share and help them fill those rosters. More kids playing ball is a win for all of Hallie.

We’re doing a little shed clean-out tomorrow at 5:30 PM.

A few of us will be there digging through whatever has managed to accumulate over the years. If you’re free and want to help, come on over. More hands will make it go a whole lot faster.

Can’t make it? No problem. We have plenty of other ways to get involved with HGS, and some of them require considerably less dust.

We’re looking for help with things like Treasurer, Marketing, Hallie Youth Days Coordinator and other volunteer roles throughout the year.

Scan the QR code, take a look, and see if there’s something that fits.

Hallie works because people are willing to help when they can.

Last call, HGS Parents.

If you haven’t completed our 2026 Parent Survey yet, this is your chance to weigh in.

We’re reviewing feedback as we start planning for next season, and we want to make sure your voice is included.

What should we keep?

What should we improve?

What would make the HGS experience even better for your daughter?

Please take a few minutes and complete the survey before we close it out:
