The PFOC is dedicated to helping those in our community affected by Alzheimer’s disease through fundraising support of the Alzheimer’s Association of Southeastern Wisconsin. Together, we can advance research to treat and prevent Alzheimer's, and provide programs to improve the lives of millions of affected people. JOIN OUR WALK TEAM

owing link: http://act.alz.org/goto/pfoc-movers-shakers. If you are not local to the area or are unable to attend the day of the Walk event you can still participate up as a Virtual Walker. CAN'T ATTEND? BE A VIRTUAL WALKER

Virtual walkers register for the Walk and fundraise the same as an actual walker. The only difference is that the virtual walker will not physically participate on the day of the event. Virtual Walkers that raise $100 or more will be sent the Alzheimer's Association t-shirt by the PFOC team captain. When you register online, you are set up with your own customizable personal website for family and friends to view and receive donations! DONATE

100% of the proceeds are given directly to the Alzheimer's Association. For the millions already affected by the disease, the Association offers care, education, support and resources in communities nationwide. Our story...

It began in 2007, when the Primex Family of Companies sponsored a single employee who was walking the first Walk to End Alzheimer’s. In 2008, the first PFOC Walk team joined the Walk as part of our “Wellness Initiative”. As we continued to participate in the next few years, it was decided to officially name the team the “PFOC Movers & Shakers”.

To recognize the exemplary dedication to the Alzheimer’s Association, the PFOC Movers and Shakers were awarded the prestigious “Wally Phillips Spirit” Award in 2011. The award honors an individual or group that exemplifies the spirit of generosity and service that is WGN Hall of Fame broadcaster Wally Phillips' legacy.

The Primex Family of Companies sponsored the Promise Garden at the Walk for the first time in 2013; and has sponsored it every year since.
