WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY CORONA VIRUS RELIEF PLANS

First our hope & prayers go out to everyone in the midst of these tough times. Many are off of work, and unsure of their future. For some planning a wedding is the last thing in mind.
We have had several weddings this spring get cancelled or postponed and we understand; we are right there with you!
A friend shared this the other day paraphrased from the book of Psalms: hope is in the LORD; for with the LORD there is mercy, and with Him is abundant redemption.
Some have made the most of this time off of work and are using the time to plan your wedding now, or re-plan it. In an effort to adapt and help we are offering a couple options for “corona relief” plans.
Many photographers are just single shooters and if you had them booked for your wedding and then rescheduled for a Saturday this fall they likely aren’t available. Our company has about 15 photographers but in the past have limited ourselves to 3 weddings a day in order to be our absolute best. However, in the midst of this pandemic we realize that peoples needs are going to outweigh our ideal conditions and have decided we are going to stretch our company thin and shoot as many weddings as we can to help those that need photographers. All of our photographers have been with us for more than 5 years and are very good at what they do. We will also keep one lead photographer free or “on call” every weekend so that we have a backup person should someone get sick etc… We are going to offer single shooter weddings to help accomplish this goal. Ordinarily we prefer two shooters, but we need to adapt in these times. We have some great ways to plan and make a single shooter ideal for you! We can discuss these tips as we book. If you have booked a wedding with us. You are still secure in that package and nothing has changed with us.
We are going to do whatever we can to be your best Corona Virus Photography wedding plan.
That said, here is what we want to do: (we can shoot on any 2020 date this year, we will make it work!)
1. We are offering a special package that we have never offered before: 8 Hours with one photographer and all rights to images hand processed within 48 hours of your wedding for $2200. (normally our 7 Hour Silver is $2850)
2. Or choose a package from our sight and we can offer 15% off if booked before May 1 for 2020 or 2021
3. $150 cash engagement 20-30 minute sessions at the White River County Park (take advantage of your time off this week and next) (we will do this whether you booked us for your wedding or not)
