The Declutter Kids The Declutter Kids give new life to your belongings by finding new homes for them within our local community. Decluttering is mental work.

The mission of The Declutter Kids is to create real life connections with our neighbors, and help them get rid of the clutter filling their homes and garages (without sending it to landfill). Have you asked yourself “How can I let go of something that:”

- Has memories attached to it? Remember so-and-so gave this to me…
- Is still in good condition and useful? I haven’t touched it in years, but…

- Has value? I bet I can sell it on eBay…

Knowing that your items will be appreciated, cherished and used in our local community definitely makes decluttering easier! How does this work?
- If you have items you’d like to move along, pictures are taken and posted to social media. We (psst… our mom because we’re too young) will offer the item free to the local community through Facebook or Craigslist.

- Once someone expresses interest in your item, a pickup time/location is set up. For small items, The Declutter Kids can hold onto them until they find homes. For larger items such as furniture, we’ll coordinate with you to set a pickup time that works with your schedule.

- Decluttering takes time. So maybe a week, a month or a year from now, you’d like help- we’ll be here for you one item at a time. Who benefits?
- Our Planet: Every item that finds a new home, is one less item purchased or one less item in a landfill. On behalf of Planet Earth, we thank you!

- Our Community: Every person or family who receives an item receives something they love or need. They’re able to keep more money in their pocketbooks!

- You: Envision your home or garage simplified! Feels good, right?
