Teen Girls Book Club
In this book club for teens ages 13-17, we will be reading, “I Am Not Your Perfect Mexican Daughter” by Erika L. Sánchez, a book that follows 15-year-old Julia Reyes as she navigates grief, family expectations, and self-discovery after her older sister Olga’s sudden death. This group will encourage open expression and promote emotional growth while building new friendships! We will offer each other support in a safe and confidential space.

Dates/Times: Wednesdays from 5-6:30pm from April 8 to May 6

Club de Lectura para Chicas Adolescentes
En este club de lectura para adolescentes de 13 a 17 años, leeremos “No soy tu hija mexicana perfecta” de Erika L. Sánchez, un libro que sigue a Julia Reyes, de 15 años, mientras navega por el dolor, las expectativas familiares y el autodescubrimiento después de la repentina muerte de su hermana mayor Olga. Este grupo fomentará la expresión abierta y promoverá el crecimiento emocional mientras construye nuevas amistades! Nos ofreceremos apoyo mutuo en un espacio seguro y confidencial.

The SOC Family Resource Center is offering drive-thru food distribution TOMORROW, April 28th from 3:30pm until food lasts.
22481 Aspan St. Lake Forest, CA 92630. We will be at the back of the building.
NO EARLY ACCESS TO PARKING LOT.
Food Distribution will begin at 3:30pm.

Active Parenting School-Aged Course
If you have a child, chances are you've had challenging days. Join our fun and interactive classes at NO COST to Orange County parents and caregivers.
