✨ Official Launch Announcement ✨

My name is Sharnett Gidden (Bush), Founder and President of For Such A Time As This, Inc. A 501(c)(3) Non-profit EIN: 85-0983445, State and Federal approved.

I currently serve our local communities with my degree in Behavioral Sciences, working with individuals who are justice-involved, facing substance use (SUD), and mental health disorders, those experiencing homelessness, and mothers navigating pregnancy under difficult circumstances. With over twenty-six years of experience as a healthcare professional and a deep passion for community outreach, my heart is to serve others with compassion, faith, and action, for such a time as this.

Born during the 2021 pandemic, For Such A Time As This Inc. was created to bring faith, compassion, and community together in moments that matter most. We are a team of trusted board members who are ready to stand in the gap.

Our vision is to bring hope, healing, and restoration to communities in crisis,locally and abroad. Today, that mission extends to Jamaica, where we’re preparing to provide disaster relief for families impacted by recent storms. 🇯🇲💛

I’ve always carried a burden to intercede for nations, but I never imagined my own homeland would be the one at the top of my prayer list today, standing in such great need of intervention. Yet I believe God placed this moment in front of us for such a time as this. 🙏

Together, we can be the hands and hearts that help Jamaica rise again.
