Hello Troop 430,

Please help get the word out to the public,

This is just a reminder that this Sunday January 17th is the Elks monthly Lodge Breakfast Fundraiser. (The Elks make a donation to the Troop each quarter from the funds raised from this event each month) It is open to the public: Help get the word out. The cost of the Breakfast is $8.00 and goes from 8:00 – 11:30 am.

If you would like to help this month please show up by 8:00 am to help set up in the Lodge room & serving. The Elks look forward to seeing the Scouts at this breakfast. The hours worked at this event can count as School Service hours.

Attached is a flier that you can send out to friends.

Happy New Year everyone!

The School is closed but we have revived an old tradition for Troop 430.

ICE BLOCKING @ 7pm Monday

Family, Friends, Weblos, Cub Scouts are all invited.

We will have snacks and drinks.

Summerlake Park, Broadway & Grand near Terra Cotta Middle School.
We will be the parking lot on Broadway.

BTW did anybody see the sandboarding sequence in Star Wars!! Pretty Cool!

Hello Troop 430,

The October Committee Meeting is this Wednesday 10/21 at 7:00 pm at the Elks Lodge. I will be sending out E-Mails later today on who still owes 2016 Registration fees & 2015 dues. You can make a payment at the Committee Meeting or the next Troop Meeting on Oct. 26th. I will be at the Lodge at 6:00 pm Wednesday if you would like to have dinner before the meeting.

All parents are welcome to attend the Committee meeting and bring new ideas to the program.

Hello Troop 430,

Tonight is the last night that you can sign up & pay for Calico Ghost Town Camp Out this weekend 10/23-25/2015. The cost is $45.00 per person.

Also there are a number of Scouts that still owe Dues for the year. Please see me tonight to see what you owe for the remainder of the year.

2016 Registration is due by Monday October 26th. Please fill out the information sheet and turn in with your $40.00 payment.
