Thank you to everyone who showed interest in this year’s Holiday Lighting Contest! The registration period is now officially closed, and we’re excited to share that eight beautifully decorated homes have entered this festive competition.

Community voting will take place on December 20, 2025, and we invite all residents to take a cheerful drive through the neighborhood, enjoy the dazzling displays, and vote for your favorite home.

Great news!

The Board of Directors and the Avalon Management Group remain committed to maintaining the quality of Rosetta Canyon while trying to contain costs without compromising the quality of services. Every effort is being made to make the operation of Rosetta Canyon as efficient as possible.

The Board is very pleased to announce that the assessments for fiscal year 2025-2026 will remain at $78.00 a month per home. commencing December 1, 2025, through November 30, 2026. Due to prudent financial fiscal planning, there will be a three-month suspension of monthly assessments for December 1, 2025 through February 1, 2026. Regular assessments will resume on March 1, 2026.

As fall settles into Rosetta Canyon, we're sharing activities and ideas to help you enjoy the season.
Fall Gardening & Landscaping

October is ideal for:

Planting cool-season vegetables (lettuce, kale, broccoli)
Dividing perennials before the first frost
Mulching garden beds to retain moisture and regulate soil temperature
Planting native California shrubs and trees while soil is still warm
Aerating lawns and overseeding thin areas
Trimming back summer annuals and preparing beds for winter

Water-wise reminder: Adjust irrigation systems as temperatures cool to avoid overwatering.
