The Duck Sanctuary At the Duck Pond of Lake Elsinore, many of our ducks are rescues: originally purchased as pets, then abandoned when they grew up and weren't "cute" any longer.

We provide medical care, food, and shelter to abandoned ducks when no one else will. The Duck Pond of Lake Elsinore feeds the ducks with a proprietary formula of sweet corn, peas, mealworms, green leafy vegetables, whole grains, and seeds - a healthy duck diet - designed by our chief duckologist.
