It was an incredible treat to have and visit the yesterday to kick off their new monthly series, Town by Town. Hearing community members tell stories and talk about their love for our small town will keep us smiling for a long time. Elmore is the place to be on Saturday, August 30th! The morning will include the Elmore 5k and Elmore Community Trust Gravel Grinder. The afternoon & early evening will be fun-packed with a Community Talent Show, music by Michael Perry, The Leslie Grant Band and The Eames Brothers. PLUS, Fireworks at Dusk! Food will be served. Fun will be had. We hope to see you all there!

The Elmore Store received a very special new addition yesterday. With a community effort that spans generations and made possible by the thoughtful contributions from many, a piano stands ready to bring music alive. The piano was owned by Jon Gailmor and Cathy Murphy in their home tucked in the woods above town. The piano stayed behind when Jon moved from town recently and its new owners (Ben and Kris Picard-Kerscher) thought what better way to celebrate Jon and Cathy’s deep, rich contributions to Elmore than to see the piano in a place that is open to the community. We cannot thank Ben Many (Many’s Moving, Elmore VT) along with Arthur Stephenson, ECT members, family and neighbors enough for making it happen on a drizzly Sunday afternoon! The spirit of community, especially expressed when people make music together, is powerful and we look forward to hearing all sorts of music at the Store in the future! ’smoving

Registration is OPEN for our 5th Annual Gravel Grinder! Join us Saturday, August 30th for an epic dirt and class 4 road ride followed by a delicious lunch from our friends ! Also, don’t forget there is a full day of festivities in Elmore, including a 5k run/walk, community talent show, music by .perry.music, and the Eames Brothers Band followed by fireworks at dusk!

Classes are Tuesdays & Thursdays at 8:30am, offering a refreshing hour of movement, breath, and connection.
Suitable for most levels—bring a mat and any props you like.

Sliding scale pricing: $10 / $15 / $20 (50/50 split between the instructor and Elmore Community Trust).
