Hey guys 4/2/21 we will raffle off two tickets to a comedy show in Jacksonville. Some of thet comics will be Mike Epps, Kountry Wayne , DC Young Fly and more. The show will be on 4/17/21. We will also have another raffle for a $500 Amazon gift card. All the proceeds will go the CDC to continue the efforts in helping the community gain affordable housing and more.More details coming tomorrow

Hello Facebook friends and family. The CDC was not able to hold our annual banquet due to the Covid-19 pandemic. In an effort to continue with our efforts to support the community and it developments we will like to introduce a fun and exciting venture to you. The CDC will be launching a Spin and Win raffle that will raise monies as a way of fundraising for the Organization.
Some of the raffled items will include comedy tickets, amazing gift cards, gas cards and many more cool things to take a chance at winning. Please let us know if this is something you will be willing to participate in. Like, comment and don’t forget to share. We will start this soon!!

The Greater Lake City CDC is proud to announce we have a new location. The Sweetwater Phase II housing development will be an apartment complex that will have 75 units available at the completion of the complex. Stay tuned for more details to come.

Check out some of the homes that The GLCCDC has been able to develop in our community. This just the beginning. Our goal is to continue on the path of providing an opportunity for fair housing in lake city.
