G.O.D.S.I.P meet every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month. Today was the day!

We decided to serve our young ladies. We ate, talked, listen, laugh, and sip. Thank you to all the sisters who join in to make this day a success (Sis. Nikki Green , Sis Tiffanie Johnson (my sister in Christ and my blood sister for life), Sis. Michelle) A special thank you to my sister Johna Johnson for volunteering her time to make us some strawberry lemonade and baking us some fearfully and wonderfully made cookies.

Last Thursday we gathered for our motivational walk. We had an amazing time. Everyone loved it! We picked different stopping points along our walk and reflected on the word of God. I found a post here on FB with a picture of a crow, on top of an eagle, pecking at it. The eagle did not fight back but instead it rises because the crow cannot handle the altitude. During one of our stops, I shared that post with the girls. I read Isaiah 40:30-31 as an inspirational scripture and allowed the girls to elaborate on the topic.
