Oh the music that was happening today!!! Y'all, to be present during the day during the camp is a beautiful thing. We try to share with you all the wonderful lessons happening during the days of the workshop. To see these young jazz lions from Wednesday to today....such a wonderful experience to witness.
You can experience it for yourself, this Saturday, June 6th, at the West Lake High School Auditorium. The concert starts at 3pm. Admission is $10, or is you are a student it is $5.

Admission is $10 and $5 for students. The concert will feature the students, and gorgeous vocals of Mikayla Smith, William Smith on Trumpet along with the fabulous, Last Minute Big Band.

Hello, All Young Jazz Enthusiasts and Parents of 6th to 12th Grade Students!! We are gearing up for another great and fun Summer Youth Jazz Workshop. Students will have the opportunity to learn from professional jazz musicians, learn jazz techniques, improvisation, and enjoy playing with other students. Jazz In The Arts Aluma Mikayla Smith will be joining us to present Jazz Vocal Techniques. The students will get to showcase what they've learned in a closing concert on Saturday, June 6th at 3:00 p.m. The special guest entertainment will be Mikayla and William Smith (daughter and son of Mickey and Eugenia Smith) and Isaiah Windsor and the Last Minute Big Band. We are accepting students in 6th to 12th grades who are interested in learning more about jazz music and having a great time.
