During the month of April, the suspects seen in these photographs committed multiple vehicle burglaries in the central Lake Charles area.

The suspects busted windows to obtain entry into the vehicles and stole numerous fi****ms.

On Thursday, May 30, at approximately 4:15 p.m. Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office deputies were dispatched to the area of Goodman Road and Opelousas Street in Lake Charles in reference to a possible body. When deputies arrived, they observed a body on the side of the roadway, later identified as Larry J. Bushnell, 64, Lake Charles, whose injuries appeared to be from a possible hit and run.

During the investigation, deputies located numerous car parts at the scene and believe the suspect vehicle is a black 2016-2019 Mitsubishi Outlander. The suspect’s vehicle should have obvious damage to the front passenger side headlight and grill area. The passenger side mirror was also damaged and may be completely missing at this time. Detectives have reason to believe the suspect was traveling to the Lake Caroline Subdivision when the hit and run occurred.

On the night of Wednesday, July 5, 2023, officers with the Lake Charles Police Department responded to a home in the 2900 block of Caroline Street in Lake Charles at which time they located Sherry Bourne Vincent inside with serious injuries.

During the investigation, it was learned that an unknown suspect forced their way into the victim's home and violently assaulted her. She later succumbed to her injuries.

During the late hours of June 16, 1997, officers responded to a home in the 1900 block of Hagan Street in Lake Charles, at which time they located Kim Wells inside, who had been shot.

It was learned Wells, who was pronounced dead at the scene, had been shot 5 times.

On Saturday, May 6, officers repsonded to a burglary at the Masonic Temple on V E Washington Avenue in Lake Charles.

It was discovered AC condensers had been stolen and damaged, totaling over $20,000 in losses.

Two unknown male suspects were seen around 2:00 a.m. at the location, loading large objects into the bed of an older model green Chevy pickup truck. When cranked, the truck made a loud hissing noise. The truck was last seen heading westbound on Pryce Street.

**Ned was located on June 8 near Dallas, Texas**

On January 31, CPSO deputies responded to a home on Westwood Road in Westlake. Upon arrival deputies located Damarcus Ardoin deceased inside.

During the investigation detectives learned Justin Ned, DeQuincy, was involved in the murder. A warrant was later issued for his arrest, charging him with principal to 2nd degree murder.

On the morning of Wednesday, February 1, unknown suspects stole a trailer and Kubota excavator, as seen in these photos, from Arsene Lebleu Road in Lake Charles.

The suspects were last seen traveling eastbound with the equipment in the 800 block of Helms Road.

On Sunday, November 20, 2022, the suspect seen in this video entered into the sacristy during procession at St. Henry's Catholic Church in Lake Charles and stole a priest's wallet.

The victim's card was then used at two local businesses, where clothing and fuel were purchased by the suspect.

On Monday, March 21 at approximately 11:30 p.m. the Lake Charles Police Department responded to a shooting at 2210 Tulip Street in Lake Charles. When officers arrived they located Anthony "BR" Jackson, who had been shot.

Jackson was transported to a local hospital, then later transferred to a local care facility, where he later died from his injuries.

On Sunday, April 17 around 2:00 a.m. the Lake Charles Police Departement responded to a shooting at Juicy's Lounge Nightclub on 3rd Avenue in Lake Charles.

When officers arrived they located Gerald "Doc" Lafleur, deceased from multiple gunshot wounds, in front of the establishment.

Detectives have reason to believe there are several eyewitnesses who observed the shooting occur.
