We are looking for a Community Coordinator

The duties of the Community Coordinator will include the following activities:
• Prepare a broad, complex range of grants, and proposals.
• Work with Special Projects Manager to increase effective outreach to member entities.
• Provide ongoing support though program consultation; assisting with navigating online resources and providing connections to additional resources; technical support; processing renewals for paid listings; managing/maintaining existing resources and developing new resources to best support partner needs.
• Use data to strategically support current partners and determine where to direct attention and resources.
• Manage timely communication and facilitate sharing of ideas and best practices via email, phone, internet, and other means to team members, member entities and other constituents.
• Interface directly with team members and support resources to generate grants and strategic plans.
• Remain apprised of emerging trends and integrate into current work.
• Draft template contracts, correspondence, memoranda, and other documentation as needed.
• Identify stakeholder needs and wants list.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in urban planning, architecture, public policy, communications, or related area of study.
• Two years of planning or grant writing experience is preferred.

We are looking for an Economic Development Coordinator

The duties of the Economic Development Coordinator will include the following activities:
• Support the overall economic development, coordination, and implementation of business opportunities and/or job sustainability in the region.
• Provide a development role in the preparation and implementation of plans and strategies for promoting and assisting economic and community development.
• Develop and implement strategies to successfully market SWLA-RPC to perspective businesses.
• Administer and market local economic development assistance programs, including loan and grant programs.
• Identify funding opportunities for economic development; prepare and submit applications to secure funding.
• Build relationships with the Chamber of Commerce and businesses through visits, outreach, and communication.
• Monitor legislative changes relating to economic development or redevelopment.
• Interface directly with team members and support resources to generate grants and strategic plans.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in small business development, finance, urban planning, urban studies, architecture, marketing, graphic design, public policy, communications. In addition, two years of planning or grant writing experience or related preferred.

We are looking for a bookkeeper.
The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll and conducting other tasks related to finance. They should be excellent at recording data and have an ability to product clear financial reports.
Responsibilities
Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company
Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)
Monitor accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely processing of payroll
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in related field required
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Detail oriented
