The Seeking Observing and Achieving Results (SOAR) HBCU Scholars Program is accepting applications.

The Jaguar Educational and Empowerment Initiative (JEEI) is a FREE, week-long residential summer program at Southern University Baton Rouge for high school juniors (rising seniors, Class of 2027). Participants must have a GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale and submit a personal statement (250-300 words).

Final Deadline: June 14, 2026
