The dates for the world’s BIGGEST Treehouse Conference are changing… slightly!

Due to a scheduling conflict, the 2026 World Treehouse Conference will now take place Friday, October 2–Sunday, October 4, 2026 at Camp Gallagher!

🗓️ Arrival: Friday at 4:00 PM
🌲 Conference concludes: Sunday at 4:00 PM

Please note: this is a change from our previously announced Thursday arrival.

We apologize for any inconvenience this shift may cause, and we appreciate your flexibility and understanding as we make this adjustment.

Here's what hasn't changed: the 2026 World Treehouse Conference is going to be full of all the inspiring treehouse talks, hands-on workshops, meaningful connections, and plenty of fun that you’ve come to expect and love!

We’re already looking forward to bringing together treehouse enthusiasts, builders, dreamers, and industry experts from around the world for another unforgettable weekend. 🌲🥹

We're currently seeking speakers and workshop leaders for the 2026 World Treehouse Conference, taking place October 1–4 at Camp Gallagher in Lakebay, Washington. 🌲

Whether your expertise lies in treehouse design, arboriculture, sustainable building, woodworking, art, environmental stewardship, or something entirely unique, we'd love to hear from you.

Last year's sessions covered everything from chainsaw carving demonstrations and treehouse history to building techniques.

Interested in leading a one-hour presentation or a longer hands-on workshop? Send us an email introducing yourself and sharing what you'd like to teach or discuss.

A limited number of discounted conference tickets are available for selected speakers and workshop leaders. 💌

We're excited to welcome treehouse enthusiasts of all ages to the 2026 World Treehouse Conference! 🌲

To help us plan meals, activities, and overall attendance, we've added a new Kids Pass category for attendees ages 13+.

If you're planning to bring your child to the conference, please reserve a Kids Pass for them when purchasing tickets. This helps us ensure we have enough food and space for everyone joining us at Camp Gallagher.

Up until last year, the World Treehouse Conference was always held at Out 'n' About Treesort in Oregon, a truly magical location! Since moving to Camp Gallagher in Washington, we've loved putting down roots in a new place and sharing a different side of the treehouse world with our community.

Going forward, our plan is to alternate between the two camps. This year's 2026 World Treehouse Conference will be held at Camp Gallagher, and in 2027, we'll return to Out 'n' About Treesort. We're excited to showcase two incredible treehouse destinations and split the distance so more guests can be there.

We're incredibly grateful to call both of these special places home and can't wait to continue creating unforgettable experiences in the trees! 🌳✨
