We're excited to welcome treehouse enthusiasts of all ages to the 2026 World Treehouse Conference! 🌲

To help us plan meals, activities, and overall attendance, we've added a new Kids Pass category for attendees ages 13+.

If you're planning to bring your child to the conference, please reserve a Kids Pass for them when purchasing tickets. This helps us ensure we have enough food and space for everyone joining us at Camp Gallagher.

The World Treehouse Conference, where experts and enthusiasts from around the world gather every year, is located at Camp Gallagher in Lake Bay, Washington this year! From October 1-4, 2026, experience the trees in a brand new way.

Up until last year, the World Treehouse Conference was always held at Out 'n' About Treesort in Oregon, a truly magical location! Since moving to Camp Gallagher in Washington, we've loved putting down roots in a new place and sharing a different side of the treehouse world with our community.

Going forward, our plan is to alternate between the two camps. This year's 2026 World Treehouse Conference will be held at Camp Gallagher, and in 2027, we'll return to Out 'n' About Treesort. We're excited to showcase two incredible treehouse destinations and split the distance so more guests can be there.

We're incredibly grateful to call both of these special places home and can't wait to continue creating unforgettable experiences in the trees! 🌳✨

Tucked in a lush forest in Lakebay, Washington is Camp Gallagher. Besides the usual cabins and lake side dock, you may be surprised to find out that Camp Gallagher houses an extensive hanging bridge system that leads to a magnificent treehouse.

See this treehouse in person at the 2026 World Treehouse Conference, where builders, dreamers, and creatives from around the world come together to admire, learn, and even climb all things tree!

Tucked away in a lush forest in Lakebay, Washington is Camp Gallagher, home to the 2026 World Treehouse Conference! 🌲

We offer a selection of rustic cabins with bunkbeds, giving guests the chance to fully immerse themselves in the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.

This is a cozy camping-style experience, so come prepared to embrace the outdoors! October in the Pacific Northwest can be chilly and rainy, so we recommend bringing plenty of layers. Mattresses are provided, but guests should pack essentials like sleeping bags, towels, flip-flops for the showers, rain jackets, and flashlights.

One of our favorite activities at the World Treehouse Conference is the treehouse building contest, founded by Charles () ! Use your skills, creativity, and what you can find around you to build the treehouse of your dreams and win prizes.

Charles provides materials for both adult and child building contests, but feel free to use items around. Last year, someone used a really long stick they found in the forest (as seen behind Charles in the first photo).

Kids and adults will be judged separately!
