So we are looking for other non profit groups who can use some fundraising blessings and items.

The warrior in him!

07/28/2026

Good morning everyone… here is a very special man and friend of mine that passed away this weekend leaving 4 little kids and wife behind. If you can help us raise some funds any amount you give would be greatly appreciated. Darren was a great volunteer for Trinity helping our disabled kids and vets in the outdoors. Let’s make it happen! https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1FQqoqN2b3/?mibextid=wwXIfr

Let us all share this to help a special friend of mine! Any amount would be a blessing.

Let’s help out out brother Joshua Carney if you can. It’s been a rough road and people can’t begin to imagine how difficult times are a great deal of folks right now including myself for one. Any amount you can bless him with is appreciated and a blessing.

I am seeking apartments for rent in the Hernando, Mississippi area or around that vicinity and would appreciate any recommendations. The location should be within driving distance to Memphis, as my nephew will be commuting daily for a 6 month job detail and I want to make sure he is safe. Please feel free to send me a private message with any leads. God bless,

🔎 New Construction Tip from Cypress Property Inspections Assessments & Consulting dba Cypress Mitigation

During the construction phase of a home, there are small details that can make a big difference years down the road.

One of the most overlooked areas we see during inspections is unsealed plywood/OSB joints and window track gaps inside exterior walls. These seams may look harmless during framing, but once HVAC systems are installed, they can create hidden problems.

⚠️ Why sealing these areas matters:

• Prevents air infiltration that can disrupt HVAC efficiency
• Reduces the risk of humidity intrusion into wall cavities
• Helps stop condensation forming behind drywall
• Protects insulation from moisture buildup and microbial growth
• Improves overall indoor air quality

🛠 Best Practice During Construction

At Cypress Property Inspections, we recommend applying a rubberized sealant (or elastomeric air seal) along:

✔ Plywood / OSB panel joints
✔ Window rough openings
✔ Window track gaps
✔ Penetrations for electrical or plumbing

This simple step creates a tight building envelope before insulation and drywall go in.

When HVAC systems begin conditioning the air inside the home, a properly sealed structure prevents moisture migration and long-term structural or mold issues.

🏠 Building it right the first time protects the home for years to come.

If you’re building, buying, or renovating, we can help ensure the structure is sealed, ventilated, and performing properly before problems develop.
