Yesterday's message was a great one! How many of us try to multitask or over manage our days? One very vital piece of self care is getting enough sleep at night.

At Bis Kids, we hope to show our students that self care is very important to our health and managing our own bodies. Being models for our little ones makes a giant difference!

Bis Kids wants to send a reminder that leading by example is one of the most powerful ways we can shape their kids' decision making as they grow into adolescents.

One thing we can do is remind them, that when they have trouble or challenges, they can talk to a safe person in their lives. A teacher, a friend's parent, an aunt or uncle, a close neighbor- anyone who they trust that is safe!

For many children, they don't have that safe person. The Bis Kids program provides a safe place for children to share their feelings and to find solutions when maybe the home life is unhealthy or affected by addiction. They can learn healthy behaviors like this one if they are given the tools!

BISKIDS is a PROACTIVE prevention program against substance abuse. The free program is an inter-active online workshop for children 7-12 years of age.

Our in-school programs are now online. Parents are invited to jointhe online workshops.

Skilled counselors lead all the group sessions and trained assistants help with program activities.

"BISKIDS" (Believe in Sobriety Kids/Believe in Success Kids) empowers children by giving them a “tool box” they can use to promote healthy choices. It is educational, fun, and engaging!
We believe in a safe future for all children!

Join us online on Wednesday nights from 5 to 6pm PST. It's free.
