Filmmaker Greg MacGillivray and musician and composer Steve Wood have been working together for decades, dating back to the iconic surf film Five Summer Stories.

On September 24, they'll take us behind the scenes of that creative partnership at Music in Motion, exploring how music changes the way we experience film. We'll see selected scenes without music and then with it, and hear Greg and Steve talk about how those creative choices were made.

The evening also features live performances by the Zelter String Quartet, with music curated by Steve.
